Quotes and pricing
How much will my cleaning or restoration job cost?
It depends on the square footage, the surfaces, and how bad the soiling or damage is. We do not quote prices over the phone. Ted gives you a free on-site estimate after he looks at it, so you get a real figure, not a guess. See our carpet cleaning cost guide and the pricing page.
How soon can you start?
Next day.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every job gets a free on-site estimate. We walk the rooms and agree on what is getting cleaned or restored.
How do I book?
Call (405) 202-2401 for the Oklahoma City metro or (918) 521-4145 for the Tulsa metro, or request a callback from any page. Hours are by request, so call and we will set a time that works.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, cash, check, and ACH transfer.
Are you insured?
Yes. Teddy’s Cleaning and Restoration is insured, and our team is background-checked. We are family-owned and locally owned, and we take emergency and rush jobs as well as residential and commercial work.
Carpet, upholstery and floors
How long does it take, and how long until carpets are dry?
Drying time depends on the carpet, how soiled it was, and the airflow in the room, and we run air movers to help it along. Structural drying after water damage depends on the materials and how much water there was, so Ted will talk you through what to expect for your job.
Can you get pet odor and old stains out of carpet?
Often, yes, but it depends on how deep the problem went and what caused it. We tell you honestly what cleaning can do before we start. Read about our carpet cleaning.
Do you clean upholstery and area rugs?
Yes. Sofas, sectionals, chairs, mattresses, and area rugs are cleaned by the piece. See upholstery cleaning.
Do you clean tile and grout, and strip and wax floors?
Yes. We clean tile and grout, and we strip and wax hard floors like VCT. See floor stripping and waxing.
Can I stay in my home while you work?
In most cases, yes. We sequence the work room by room to keep as much of the home usable as possible, and we keep the work area contained, protected, and clean.
Water damage and insurance
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We document the loss with photos and moisture readings from the first visit and work directly with your adjuster, so the claim is backed by real records instead of guesswork.
How long does water damage restoration take?

Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. We offer commercial cleaning and commercial janitorial services, scheduled around your hours.
Can I set up cleaning on a schedule?
Yes. Ask about recurring cleaning plans, which run quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metros and towns such as Stillwater, Shawnee, Stroud, Prague, Guthrie, Sapulpa, and Okmulgee. See the service areas page. If your town is not listed, call and ask.
